About WrestleFlow
WrestleFlow.org is a free wrestling knowledge base. No paywalls, no ads, no affiliate links. Just accurate, practical wrestling content for coaches, athletes, officials, and recruiting hopefuls.
Why We Built This
Most wrestling content online is either too shallow (listicles written for clicks) or too fragmented (buried in forum threads, PDF rulebooks, or coach-only clinics). There's no single place that connects NFHS rules explainers, drill libraries, recruiting guidance, and conditioning science in one readable, searchable format.
WrestleFlow.org fills that gap — and it's backed by the WrestleFlow platform, which means everything you read here is connected to tools you can actually use on the mat.
Content Standards
- All rules content is aligned with current NFHS Wrestling Rules (2025-26 edition where applicable)
- Athlete prep and weight management content follows safe, medically-sound practices — we do not promote crash dieting or unsafe cutting
- Recruiting guidance reflects current NWCA, NCWA, and NCAA/NAIA frameworks
- Content is reviewed on a rolling basis as rules are updated each season
No Affiliate Marketing
This site has no affiliate marketing program. We don't earn commissions on gear recommendations. The only products we link to are WrestleFlow's own tools — WrestleRef, Teams, Events, and the WrestleFlow hub — because we built them and stand behind them.
